1. Free trial first
Cresono Studio Pro offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. We strongly encourage you to evaluate the software completely before purchasing so you know exactly what you are getting.
2. All sales are final
Because Cresono Studio Pro is digital software delivered immediately upon payment, all purchases are final. By completing your purchase you confirm that:
- You have used, or had a full opportunity to use, the 7-day free trial.
- You consent to immediate delivery of the digital license.
- You acknowledge waiving any statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m) for digital content delivered immediately with prior consent.
3. Exception — verified software defect
If Cresono Studio Pro fails to function on your system due to a defect on our part, and we are unable to resolve it within 14 days of your written report, you are entitled to a full refund.
To open a defect claim, email support@cresono.com with:
- Your order ID
- A description of the issue
- Your system specs (OS version, GPU, RAM)
We respond within 48 hours on business days.
4. What is not covered
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incompatibility with hardware that does not meet the stated minimum requirements.
- Issues caused by third-party software, antivirus, or operating system configurations outside our control.
